Join me for a 20 minute CONTINUOUS CARDIO AEROBICS WORKOUT to blast through calories and get our sweat on. This is a STEADY STATE routine with 40 seconds per movement, and just one small break in the middle. It's all standing (wrist friendly), with no jumping and no squats. Hi Mik, I'm a 59 yr old male living in South America. I teach English via Zoom 6-8 hours a day plus admin time... so I'm sitting too much. I had been doing my own cardio to music but I decided today that I should find a guided 20 min cardio routine to do between classes. So, here I am. Thanks a million... and since I suffer from hip and knee problems, this is just what I needed.

Thank you so much for this. I suffer from anxiety and depression and working out is a struggle but this workout is something else. I managed to do almost the whole thing and I felt amazing the whole time and that feeling was still there even afterwards. Its simple and easy and I can definitely see myself doing this every morning❤

This has become my go-to cardio workout. The first time I did it, I was wondering, since I'm 72, if I'd be able to finish it or have to call 911. I blew through it the first time and now do it every other day. I alternate with total gym. Great video, Mik!

I loved it. It was a good one for the days you MUST workout out but don’t want to. And, it’s a kinda like a recovery cardio workout.

This was perfect! I’m 60 with shoulder and knee issues and was able to do the workout without pain! So fun and sweaty! More of these would be great!

My orthopedic doctor said I can't do running, jumping, lunges or squats because of osteoarthritis in my knees. This workout didn't bother my knees at all! And it totally got my heart rate up! Thank you so much for creating this workout! ❤

This is my very first workout with you. My coworker highly recommended your channel so I picked this workout to be my first.
I absolutely LOVED it!!!❤ Wow!! Awesome low impact, knee friendly moves and NO repeats!! 20 minutes flew by. The music was awesome and I love that you verbally instruct the next move but do not engage in alot of chatter during the workout. Probably the first cardio workout I have done that I loved every single move. 20 minutes done and I was sweating!!!!
I have "liked", I am subscribed and I WILL be exploring your channel and doing more of your workouts. You are pure joy to workout with!!! Very happy and excited I checked out your channel.

This workout is really good for people who can't lunge or squat and perhaps have joint issues, like me. Also like that it's only 20 minutes but non-stop moving! Keep bringing them on please! Thank-you!

Loved it since I’m over 50 and anything high impact makes me store far so I have to keep low intensity to lose weight
Then I follow with one of your bar arm exercises then a butt burner of your videos to total 45 min of workout
Keep up the great videos ❤️🥰
