As someone who struggles to stay on a great routine as far as weightlifting goes, this is a huge help I have trouble with structure in the gym but I can walk out the door and run 10 miles no problem but keeping a structured weightlifting routine it’s always been a problem and I can already tell that your videos are going to help

why dont i feel anything on my chest? i feel the burn on my arms but not my chest, even when im doing pushups, i only feel it on my arms

Two of these exercises turned out to be a lot at the end, with the 12-kilogram dumbbell. I've been doing double workouts for the 3rd day already. Until now, there was 1 for each day. Each day of the week had a separate workout. But now I do everything twice. It will become clear how tiring this double training is in the long run. Greetings from Hungary!
