We train upper abs, lower abs & side abs! That’s why we need 15min - we gotta do the whole thing :) I talk you through all the exercises, give you tips on how I do the exercises, what's important & how I train my abs efficiently - those 15min are flying by, you got this.

I am surprised that she doesn't put any paid-programs; she just directs us to her insta for free calenders. Not even a email subscription! How nice considering others just use Youtube as a platform to promote their products. Plus she indicates "no equipments" on her thumnail right in front! I fell in love with her...channel!

It felt really different than your other abs workouts, but i really like the routine. Great job! Especially to suck the belly in in the end was such a good addition
