Your videos literally took me from walking being a workout to now going to the gym 2 hours a day. And even though I go to the gym now I still find myself coming back to these videos whenever I don't have time to go or don't feel like leaving the house. hi maddie, i just wanted to say thanks so much for all you do! i've never consistently worked out until this year with the help of your videos, and they're really helping me develop a healthy relationship with exercise. i always naturally looked a certain way and never "needed" to work out according to others, so when i put on some weight i felt like i needed to just work out intensely to be skinny again; needless to say that was a pretty bad place to be, and in the end it didn't actually motivate me to exercise at all. your videos are genuinely enjoyable and make me feel like i'm doing what i'm doing for my health, and i always feel strong and good about myself afterwards. i'm still working on my body image, but your workouts are a really amazing part of that journey. thank you thank you thank you!! <33
