i've tried so many ab workouts (including alexis ren and pamela reif) and this one's by far one of my favs!! i feel like it's definitely hitting me in all the right places, but with the rests, it's still manageable that i can actually do all the workouts :))

This really works guys, if you watch what you are eating and put 100% of your effort in you definitely get results, ive been doing these workouts with a mix of others by this girl over a period of 4 months and ive managed to lose 22kgs, keep consistent and make sure your diets good!
