15 MIN SIXPACK WORKOUT (NO EQUIPMENT BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT)

This workout is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. We are going to focus the lower abs, upper abs, side abs (obliques) and core strength. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

You can hit this home workout 2-3x per week - and if you wanted to keep active on your other days - be sure to check out my other workouts!

In order to develop a truly impressive Sixpack, you will want to train from abs a whole range of perspectives. The core is made up of four key components. The rectus abdominus (6pack / lower abs), internal and external obliques, the serratus anterior, and the transverse abdominus (inner abs)

Been doing this for about a month or so now Everytime I’m getting ready to do it and I press the play button I have a smile on my face always everyday I get up I can’t wait to do a few of your workouts really helps me make it through the day thanks for making my day a little better everyday Fraser Wilson Best Wishes to You ❤️❤️❤️ Stay safe guys ❤️

i'm gonna be doing this for the next month and i'll be updating my progression and hopefully you will too!!

-Day 1: DONE! it was a lot harder than i thought, these 5 extra minutes are a pain

-Day 2: DONE! abs were burning all the way through, i managed to do 13-14mins and fail

-Day 3: DONE! i failed half way through mountain climbers but still did the last 2, i already love this

-Day 4: DONE! i finished all the 15mins and let me say i'm happy but it was a pain but still happy

-Day 5: DONE! i can slowly see my progression

-Day 6: Rest Day!

-Day 7: DONE! i definitely will have some decent results

-Day 8: DONE! obliques are starting to show! as well as the upper and lowet abs are starting to improve

-Day 9:DONE! getting better at some exercises (single leg raise, plank rotations, stomach vacuum)

-Day 10: DONE! it was great.

-Day 11:DONE! i wont update alot these 7-10days because it'll be the same, on the last 10days i'll update my progression

-Day 12: DONE!

-Day 13: DONE!

-Day 14: DONE!

-Day 15: DONE! i can definitely say i now have more shown abs than before i started!

- Day 16: DONE!

-Day 17: Rest day

-Day 18: DONE!

-Day 19:DONE!

-Day 20: DONE!

-Day 23:DONE!

-Day 24:DONE! i can see a 6 pack when i flex but the lower 2 abs are slightly shown, i think i can get them to show by the 31 days!

-Day 26:rest day!

-Day 27: DONE!

-Day 28:DONE!

-Day 29: DONE!

-Day 30: DONE! tomorrow is the last day and my 6pack improvements

-Day 31: DONE! finally, after a month, im done, i'm gonna not do hard ab workouts for like the next month just some easy stuff to still do my abs, this was absolutely incredible, i went from having 2upper abs slightly showing to a 4 pack with 2slightly shown lower abs and very good obliques! i definitely recommend this workout, it might seem impossible at first but trust it'll get easier every day, remember to not eat crap food as well
*pain is just success for the next day*

I’ve been following several of your workouts all summer and I can’t thank you enough. My body has transformed into a shape I never thought was possible. Every day I’ve been following a workout of yours on my balcony and when combined with a small change in diet and intermittent fasting, I can finally say I have a clear 6 pack thanks to your videos. I’ve been doing the 10 minute workout for the last three months along with daily jump roping for cardio and it definitely does work! I’m just now completing the 10 minute workouts without having to take breaks so I’m excited you’ve dropped this.

I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!

Your video's are the best! I make sure to do 3 of your ab worksouts each day! In the beginning i was out of breath and had to pause the video's.

But now i can finish 3 in row, only takes me 30 minutes. Im now a father of 2 kids and for the first time in my life.. I HAVE A SIXPACK!!! THANKS MAN 😀
