I've been doing this routine everyday for the past week and it is getting easier and my abs are starting to show! so I would rate this 10/10. Edit: Wow thank you for so many likes, most of the concerns have been cleared up in replies

The thing is I don’t really have a spot in my house to do any of these. I’m embarrassed about my weight and I’ve resorted to do this workout in the bathroom to avoid my family. I don’t have a mat because I’m too embarrassed to ask my parents about one, so it’s kind of painful. I’ve wanted and have tried to do other workouts but the embarrassment I feel by knowing I that my body has gotten to a place where I can’t even look at myself, makes things so much worse. I’m crying as I’m typing this but I want to congratulate everyone who is sticking to it. Good job and you look amazing.

I'm really late but I just wanted to say I know Chloe Ting is easier but as an unfit person it was Chloe that got me to finally start working out and she got me ready for madfit. Let's just show all these queens some love and thank them for how much they've helped us improve.

This workout is really something. This is my second day doing it and I have to take 20 second breaks after every 2 exercises. I am going to stick to it and hopefully it would become easier.

UPDATE: So I have been doing this for two weeks now and it is getting a lot easier. I only have to take two breaks throughout the entire workout.

2nd UPDATE: this workout is way easier and I can do the entire thing without any breaks now.

I love that she speaks to us AS she is working out, compared to a lot of fitness content creators who do voiceovers. I feel like this is more authentic, and it keeps me motivated when I know she is feeling the burn too 😩💪
