Gonna be honest…I couldn’t do the last in-out variation (so I did a super simple one) and I was SHAKING through the last bicycle crunches. One day I’m going to be able to do this video all the way through! Thanks! ❤️

whoo! i feel so much better after these workouts. knowing that i am working on myself makes me feel independent. i'm improving already, and i'm excited for my body transformation! all these comments make me feel so motivated, and they make me feel like i'm not alone on this. we're all on a journey together and we WILL get abs. ❤ You all are doing great. already doing all of this in such tough times? youre amazing.

i live in upstate new york, next to Canada, which is why i don't go out much. it's always freezing!! so, doing these at home really helps out. im currently on vacation in south carolina. i've been swimming all day, doing these workouts, walking more, and sometimes i even like to pack my backpack with all this heavy junk to carry on my back all day! i've been eating healthier as well. i'll get fruit smoothies, salads, fruits, etc. of course, i always reward myself with treats. some days ill get a few oreos, other days ill help myself to some chips, maybe even fast food. i'm ready to be fit!! 💪🏼

I've noticed from the first try to my now 3 tries, it's been getting easier a tad bit but kept pushing thru! I love this feeling, keep it uppp with the awesome videos 😇

I found that single leg in and out for my left leg had been very unstable. To my surprise I have to now work on my balance to improve my range of motion. Thank you for providing me with my morning PT. Have a good day! Best of luck

Esta chica es súper resistente.
Hace estos ejercicios lentos, y eso es lo que lo hace mas cansado. Pero efectivos, saludos estimada y gracias otra vez por tu trabajo.
Hice una rutina de hace dos meses, y el corazón ya se me quería salir del trabajo que hacia. Si terminé cansada.

Thanks for your videos! It is the first time that I really feel my abs during the training. Though this one was a bit easy, I felt my legs more than my abs.. but still nice :)
