A beginner ab workout! Do this 15 min core workout #WithMe ! I've had requests to do more beginner/easier versions of my intense ab/six pack workouts ... and this one is perfect! I myself love doing beginner style workouts every now and again as it is a reminder to focus on good form, proper technique, and I still feel the burn!

Maddie, you have been a major part of keeping my life together during this social distancing/quarantine saga. I initially panicked about gyms closing but then I found your channel and you have proven to me that you don't need a gym to get a good workout in. I am a true beginner: fat, weak, and easily exhausted. Your videos kick my butt but I love that so many of them are low-impact. I will keep trying.

I love how she shows the exercices really slowly so we can do it at the same time as her. I mean, when i first started before and saw "beginner" workout on other channels I was like "U serious dude?? you call that beginner? U serius??" these dudes and dudettes were at the pro level and showed exercices that could have been simpler for us
I wish I could have discovered her sooner so I would have progressed faster X'D (sorry for my english)

hi maddie!! I would love love love to see a full bodyworkout that's completely on the floor. sometimes my period pain makes it so uncomfortable to do anything intense while standing up, so it would be super helpful to see something with a lot of abs and booty and legs that could be done on the floor! <3

I've been following your routine since I began working out at home. In the recent past, I tried changing things up a little and ended up following another workout coach on YouTube who's pretty famous and I ended up getting extended back aches and also increased disinterest in working out at all.
That's when I realized how soothing your content is and how professional is your routine and approach.

I think what I like about these workouts is that they aren’t rushed. To me, the slower you go the better the workout and the results will be better rather than rushing a workout.
