I used to do this 3 years ago, every single morning until around the my sister was murdered. It was the 1st thing that brought me closer to the divine. I'm back. Whether or not I'm ready to move forward or not, I'm starting it again because I know how much this particular one has helped me. It's actually helped me help other people I know struggling by guiding them here. I just want to sincerely thank you Candace 💙🕊️

This is perfect for when you only have a few minutes to destress. It's amazing how much better I feel after just 5 minutes.

my OCD kicked in and I was freaking out about literally everything in front of me, and this helped me relax enough to think straight, so thank you


For feedback, maybe you could slow down and try to help direct the flow of calm in a more focused way? for example, I like it when people talk through the features of the face and smaller body parts such as the knob of the spine
