Thank you for day %...It is amazing how calm I feel when I do this meditation...well for all of the meditations. I do these during the day when I feel I am getting stressed. Thank you again for being hee.

Love a quick body scan -even though it felt fast (I normally use the longer times on the app) I still relaxed 😌
Definitely sharing this with a few family and friends; I think it’s a really nice introduction to taking those few minutes for yourself 🙏

Thank you. I personally hate body scan meditations but I did it anyway and I am grateful we have someone like Calm creating content for us.

I can't help but wonder what would happen if someone taught mindfulness to children in grade school everyday and continued all the way through high school. 🤔🤔🤔

I would like to think it would give them a head start to a more peaceful and self fulfilling life.

This video was really helpful!I have a really hard time focusing and relaxing, but the voice was really soothing and calm, and it helped a lot. Thank you!! And to anyone reading, I 100% recommend the Calm app! I love listening to the sleep stories!!
