Hey, it's Brad from Live Lean TV, and today I'm revealing three strategies to help you shed water weight in just one week for that special event.

First off, let's make one thing clear: we're all about sustainable lifestyle habits here. We're not into crash diets or quick fixes. But sometimes, you want to kick things into high gear, like when you're prepping for a big event, a vacation, or a photo shoot.

But here's the deal: we're not talking about starving yourself or spending hours on the treadmill. Nope, we're focusing on losing that water weight while still emphasizing lean muscle.

So, let's dive into the three strategies.

Strategy #1: Clean Up Your Nutrition
For this week, ditch the processed foods and stick to whole, nutrient-dense options. Think lean meats, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, and plenty of fibrous veggies. And no cheat meals this week, folks. It's all about eating clean to help you shed that water weight.

Strategy #2: Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

Question: You say 2-A Day but what if I work at 8am. I have no problem waking up at 5:00 am to get the results but I've also read that I should eat an hour before working out. So I guess my question is...what should I have to eat in the morning for my HIT workout? Would a Greek yogurt be sufficient?
