ALERT…Please be aware that there are people trying to impersonate myself using my picture and similar name pretending to be me. My name has been verified (and will show a dark color around it) and there will always be a check next to it. They are making comments and leaving contact information for you to respond to. They are sometimes mentioning WhatApp phone numbers, Telegram, and other Platforms. They commonly will try to sell you some type of therapy or herbs. Please Do Not send money in any way for services, for consulting, charity, and donations. Only deal with a reputable company. Many people have been scammed already unfortunately. Please report these people. Thank you.
P.S.- If you have any doubt of the post you are reading always click on their picture and you can look at their page. You will notice in this situation there will be little or no content.

For years, I suffered with obesity, and did not know why. The year 2020, I found out I had a gluten sensitivity. I got REALLY serious about keeping, living and maintaining; a healthy lifestyle! I went from 300 lbs, size 22W, to now a size 4/6!!!! God used my pain for his glory, to help me shed the weight, and I will be 40 this year; and, I feel like Heaven!! All things are possible with GOD!! 🥗😃🍓💕

I’ve lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks just by eating omelette with greens and mushrooms, bananas, nuts, milk, lots of water, boiled sweet potatoes, boiled Saba banana, 1 hour walking, enough sleep and good music .

You have been a blessing and inspiration to me. I started my weight loss journey on January 8 of this year, I've lost 55 pounds as of this week. I'm 52 years old and feel fantastic. I don't take any prescription medications, I drink lots and lots of water everyday. I exercise and eat healthy food that I cook at home. I hope everyone has a blessed day. Thanks again Dr. Mandell for sharing your knowledge with us.🙂

I am a believer in slow and steady wins the race. I am at 19 pounds lost in 7 weeks. I completely got rid of the junk & sugar. I follow the chia shake recipe with a few added ingredients like homemade almond milk, some oats, a few slices of banana, some green powder, and collagen peptides. Lunch is frozen/toasted home made sourdough bread and a healthy clean dinner. I am almost at my halfway point in my weight goals thanks to everything I have learned by watching this channel. I want to lose yes, but I want to keep the weight off by following a healthy lifestyle. THANK YOU!!

This advice is good as long as you’re in an actual country that cares about its people and the food. Hard to do this in the U.S. where everything is poisoned and filled with chemicals, preservatives, and pesticides.

Sodium isn't the enemy. We need clean and good sodium. Sugar is the enemy

I agree with all of this. Lost 2 pounds in 3 days just with walking - I realize it was water weight as I have heart disease and kidney impairment - but at least my belly is going down now and my clothes feel more comfortable. I’m also sleeping better.

I'm doing long walks everyday over 10000steps and it really helps loose weight. Of course you should eat healthy to😊

Everything you have stated is Absolutely so true. Walking helps, you don’t have to do speed walking. Just walk. Consistency is the key. Same day, same time.

I lost 6lbs in 6days and I know it’s water weight. All I did was reduce the simple carbs to almost nothing and played some Pickleball which gave me lots of joy. I’m an injured tennis player and I’m out of shape 😅but selling our home and moving set me back even further! Thank you for sharing real facts so folks to know there’s no magic pill 💊 ❤

I'm 78 now and have been yo-yo dieting since after I had my first baby. I would joke that I kept clothes in 10 sizes. A couple of years ago, I started to have trouble with urinary incontinence that the doctors could do nothing about. If I tried to limit my fluid intake, I was likely to get a urinary tract infection. Believe Me! That is Painful! I learned the hard way that the answer was to stay hydrated. I recycled some individual sized Gold Peak Tea bottles (16.9oz), froze each one half full with water (on the side), then filled up a frozen bottle each night at bedtime with water for an icy drink. I had extra water bedside so I could drink as much water as I wanted. I did it to avoid the pain of the infections, but the weight began rolling off. I haven't wasted any money on a scale, but I do know that that the jeans from 40 years ago are too large for me now. That's just from staying hydrated! Drink water (or flavored water) instead of eating.
