Since most of these require some assistance other than typical gym equipment, I'd also like to add a few. You can do hamstring curls on gymnastics rings while lying on your back in an elevated glute bridge-type position, bringing your heels to your glutes. If you have resistance bands, you can tie one around a post of some sort while seated level with the band and pull your heels to the glutes. And with absolutely no equipment, you can do hamstring curls on a slick floor, lying on your back in a glute bridge position. Wear socks or use a towel to allow your feet to slide towards you and away from you.

Nordic are great, although I prefer to use some band assistance for most people. Doing bridged hamstring curls on the ground on your back with sliders or a foam roller is one of my go-to’s in my home gym.
