Great video. I will begin with the handstand. It is pretty hard for me to do a hand stand with my legs on the wall. But I will do the progressions. Just as I am doing the the one arm push up easy progressions.

First of all your story is very inspiring! Congratulations on your channel and all the progress you've made! I have a quick question: How would I know when to start increasing my calorie intake? How much weight should I strive to gain per week/month etc.?

I know you recommend to increase your daily calorie intake by 300 calories but, how would I know when to increase it again without starting to gain too much fat? You can gain "fat weight" a lot faster than muscle weight, is there a "rule of thumb" for this? Thanks in advance!!!

Homemade muscles,
I'm 15 and 5'10 and around 136 pounds and I'm a beginner in bodyweight excercise so how can gain muscle when it can only do like 1-2 pull ups and like 5 pushups and I also like to run right now I run a mile a day about 4-5 times a week.My question how can I gain weight in a healthy way as a beginner? Any advice would be great! Thank you
