I didn’t mean to start a whole war in the comments abt weather push-ups were easy or not- and to those who think it is kindly stfu. Not everyone has the same muscles and not everyone can do a push-up. I didn’t ask for you to make me even more insecure about the fact that I can’t do one. It's okay when I started even, I couldn't do 5 push-ups, but if you're willing to start then don't give up. Continue and you'll do a lot more than you can expect! :)

3. 5x10 tricep extensions
4. 5x8 tricep leans

Tried this just now, hardest shit ever. I can feel each tendon in my forearms, something i never felt even when dumbell rowing max, i have small arms, but i am focused on no supplements such as creatine or protein powder because caffeine raises the heart rate, and i would like to keep my stamina in check. I only weigh 134-137 i think currently been a while since i checked, im 5'10 and my goal is to reach 220 pounds before im 20. This workout feels different
