When I was really young I did pushups and sit ups and just played ball and last a ton of weight. People tend to over complicate it. But as long as you eat regularly size meals 3 times a day, all need is push up, pull up, plank, squat and burpee as base in the beginning.

Please, for everyone who wants to begin a journey through a body transformation, don't believe what this man is saying : it does NOT take a year to achieve this body, no matter which exercise or which execution you're doing. His physic is very impressive and can only be obtain after years and years of natural lifting with hard dedication.

As a gymrat that does calisthenics at least once a week I can confirm that pull ups and dips is all u need. Only thing is dips aren’t so great for a big chest but that’s it. So diamond pushups or pushups in general will get u right

I always get comments from gym guys asking me how much i lift to get jacked and i tell them all i do is pushups, pullups, and dips. They're always usually dumbfounded, that you really only need these exercises to get a built upper torso
