Hi, great video! I'm following every video for orientation. I wish you could make a video about my issue: in my training, I do bodyweigth training associated with running (I changed from 5k to 10k). However, last saturday, I found out a knee double injury (medial meniscus injury and patellar chondropathy). Without running, I can't keep my metabolism fast enough to burn enough callories. Can you talk about alternatives, please? I can´t do long training sessions because I work 12 hours in a lab.
