40 Minute Full Body Strength Builder Workout | PRE - Day 6

It'a strength week and you we are going to bring it! Get ready for an epic full body workout to challenge your muscles in a way that is going to make you sweat! All fitness levels welcome! SUBSCRIBE to the channel and share this workout when you're done!


In this workout you will be working for 4 rounds of 45 seconds per exercise. Our goal is to challenge our strength today so be ready to push up into weights up near 70%-85% of your max intensity to make sure you can feel the mind muscle connection as you are pushing through the challenges in this workout. I want you to move your weights at a moderate tempo so 2 seconds on the way down and 2 seconds on the way up. Breathe and work hard so we can kick off an epic day with this workout!

The Exercises:
1. Front squat and press
2. Sumo squat and alternating single arm curl
3. Split Squat
4. Bent row
5. Sissy Squat (heels on DB) and close tricep press
6. Reverse Lunge and Front raise
7. Deadlifts
8. Hammer Curls
9. Sit Ups

Balance day (?) crushed!! For the first time in about a week this workout actually felt great, & I felt so strong. I struggle with hypermobility and some days my joints just don’t want to cooperate and it’s tough. Grateful today that they cooperated!

Balance week 2! Loved that strength focus today. Lowering my weight all month to focus on form and de-loading my body from STF but I love the challenge I still felt with my focus on true mind/ muscle connection! Happy Monday yall! 🙌🏼🔥💪🏽💯🥵

Last week was a long week, and it continues this week. My husband suffered a deadly stroke on Aug 6, 2024. My family and I have been at the hospital and planning his final resting place. Our children have taken control over it all, and I couldn't be more proud and grateful. This is the first workout I've done since it happened, and it felt so good to be back. I know more tough days are ahead, but I know we will all get through it because we support each other the way a family should. Don't take people for granted. Live each day to the fullest, and always say I love you no matter the circumstances. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

Every Sunday night I say to my husband, “ I can’t wait to do my workout tomorrow, and start my routine again” (I take the weekend off and workout 5 days a week💪), that’s how you know your doing something right tho… if the night before you’re already looking fwd to your morning😅 thanx Sydney ❤
