I've been following you since Dec 2019 and doing your workouts religiously when I can't get to the gym for weight training. This is by far my favorite one. I write this because I want to thank you... You are helping me a lot with your workouts and videos...

I had body dysmorphia since I was 9 years old, and for a long time I fell into an ED that left me in tatters with my mental health and my physical health...
With your channel and community, I begin my fitness journey...

Now I started to have a healthy and balanced life... I eat my 3 meals a day and sometimes snacks, I stopped consuming chips, sugar and excessively processed foods...

The last 2 months I started to see changes in my body with your workouts... And this is so exciting for me! I have never been so happy with my body... And not just because I am thinner... It's because the strength and endurance of my arms has improved a lot!
