Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform strength moves for your legs, arms, abs, and total body for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work and 20 second rest. I used my 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 50 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a goblet squat and something as light as a plank open up for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

Exercises:
1. Goblet Squat
2. Single Leg Squat Step out
3. Heel Lifted Squats
4. Curl and Press
5. Alternating Hang Snatch
6. Full Snatch with 2 push presses
7. Right side plank
8. Left Side Plank
9. Plank Open up and crunch down
10. Single arm Clean and Reverse Lunge
11. Plank Rows with Optional deadlift

B A L A N C E 2024! That was great:) Absolutely loved it. I had to do this with the air conditioner on and I am sweating more than some workouts I do with it off. Yes!! Good vibes. Good workout. Let's go! Each workout always makes me excited for the next.

I remember being here doing these workouts 3 years ago. I restarted my fitness and wellness journey September 2020. I remember how I felt after completing my first Summer Time Fine program. I have never left this channel since. Sydney is a power house and she has helped transform me more ways than I can describe. I will be turning 37 at the end of this month and I really can not believe how far I/we have come

It boggles my mind that Sydney can have a calm and in-depth conversation about shoulder stabilization and mobility during a weighted side plank while my mind is screaming, "AAAAH! MAKE IT STOP!!!" Also yay the dancing is back! WOO HOO!

I don't know why, but I have tears in my eyes. No I am not new to Sydney. I have workout out with her everyday for a year. Maybe because this program was the start of a change for me.

I am kinda scared to say this but I will... I think this workout is my favorite so far. I really didn't want to get up this morning. But I am so happy that I did. It was great and I was able to increase some of my weight limits by combining my two 15lb weights to make 30lbs for some of the moves mostly Goblet squats!! Have a great week everyone!
