Hey team, who's ready to TONE muscles and BURN calories? This 40 min Intense Strength Workout with dumbbells will do both, bring your energy and let's work hard together! Let's do it!

Workout Details:

▸ Strength Workout
▸ Level: Intermediate, Advanced
▸ Muscles Worked: Full Body
▸ Weights: I'm using 2 x 5kg dumbbells (for your reference)
▸ Time: 40 Minutes + Cool Down

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

▸ The Workout:
1. Warm Up 0:00 - 04:34
2. Workout 04:34 - 40:50
3. Cool Down 40:50 - 46:19

BAM! What a great start into this weekend ... sometimes I thought I can't keep up anymore, but than I saw Anna's smile or I thought of the great Team Grow and than I found the extra strength for the remaining seconds and I pushed through it.
