▸ Muscles Worked: Full Body
▸ Weights: I'm using 2 x 5kg dumbbells (for your reference)
▸ Time: 40 Minutes + Cool Down
▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.
