I think I should have seen this video many years ago. I an ancient and my right knee is really painful and my balance is VERY bad. I am 95 and have tried exercises but stopped too soon. You explained so well and say there is no hurry and measure by breaths. I don’t walk enough either but really want to become painless so will persevere.. thank you both

I am 75 yrs young and needed something I could do without getting on the floor. I’ve had back surgery and both knees totally replaced. Exercising on the floor isn’t easy. Thank you so much for this video. It’s just what I needed.

I loved this video. Both of you are excellent instructors. I love how you remind us as we hold the stretch to pull in our abs, to remind us to breathe and what muscles we are focusing on. I just had both hips replaced due to arthritis. I’ll be doing theses exercises every day.

I really enjoyed this seated yoga practice. I am overweight, have arthritis and recently had both knees replaced. I obviously need your assistance! I feel good after one session!

I love this video and tried it today for the first time. I am so excited and I know that I will start to feel better. As long as I do this I do have rheumatoid arthritis and I've had it for 30 years I have, but every medication you can imagine including biologicals, but I want to feel better I can't move and I feel that I've put on weight and areas. I don't want like my thighs and stomach, I just hit the big 60 and I can't believe it. I want to look good and feel good at 60. This is just the start.!
