Week 2-3x per day, down 10 lbs a 1/2 inch. This is exactly what I needed. Is changing my entire body!! Thank you👍

I love the graphics!! Im assuming the red is showing what muscles are being used? I love the fact that there isn't anyone in lycra waffling on. This is brilliant! Straight to the point, no unnecessary presentation!! Thankyou ❤

Recovering from colostomy and SCAD heart attack at 47, this is exactly what I needed! I love seeing which muscle groups were possibly being used 😊 this is wonderful! Thank you to the animators and the person who developed the exercises 👍🏻

I'll be 70 in April and through injuries, and covid, over the past 3 years have gotten sedentary. I wanted to exercise and get back to strength again, but not be talked to death while doing them. These are great...and nobody's talking to me while doing them! Thank you!!!

Hello! I’m 63 years old lady, I never exercised because I don’t like gyms, but yesterday I found this exercises and I love them! Everything in this video is wonderful! So I started today and I repeat 3 times each exercise! now I feel wonderful!

I need a double knee replacement, am on crutches or a wheelchair, mostly wheelchair, I think this would be good for me and the music is good 😊.
So glad I found you.
One of your texts I saw she said it would be good for people who sit all day, some of us don't have a choice if like me sat in a wheelchair
