Thank you so much for this set of exercises. I am a 61-year-old Lass with multiple disabilities with Multilevel Forminal Cervical Stenosis in my neck, OA in both knees, Brachialgia, and Sciatica. Also, I started my Weight Watchers since Feb 2017 to present an ongoing journey. I potter in our Patio Kitchen Garden which is my Go to Happy Space as we grow our own veggies and soft fruit. Am setting my weekly goals. And have upgraded to your exercise for elderly and those over 60. So welcome to our home and family. Thank you again. I have started this journey. I can actually feel the exercises. It pulls on the back of my neck so I stop when it hurts. And also with my knees which are bad at the moment after day in patio garden. 7.5k steps today. A fab day in all. May your day be truly blessed 😊👏👣☕️☕️🔵
