I was just 1 inch far from my split and I had been trying to do a full split from almost a month without bending my knees and it helped a lot I finally did a perfect split thank you!

Artist here. Had Lyme disease 20+ years, reversing hip atrophy. These stretches are like cheat codes. Took my breath away and got light headed but already feeling amazing just from doing this one time. I was trying Jujimufu's (look him up, he's a 240+lb acrobat) chair split routine, and have been looking for ways to make my hips looser. This was exactly what I was looking for. Tight hips are my worst enemy

Thank you so much! I feel more flexible and also I’m not a very flexible person and never was. I’m able to go a bit more down to my splits but not quite there. I’ll continue to do this every day I hope I’ll get my splits soon!

I'm a dancer with scoliosis (wich means my spine is curved) I new it made things more difficult but I never thought about it affecting my spilt.

Awesome video !!! I am a fanatical tennis player, probably have hip impingement not severe yet, but I definitely have one hip less flexible. I saw your video as I googled the splits, knowing if I could do the splits my internal hip rotation has to be good as well as low back and other core muscles. Great exercises to help me get there !

This is a lot of patience. I was a gymnast when I was 6 years old and I lost my flexibility. So I’m going to try this
