i just tried this for the first time, can only really complete the first pose with ankle about 20 degrees away from parallel with my knee on either side. I promise you, after i stood up it feels like i grew two inches taller

now how to further the stretch for legs behind the head?

Are there stretches that can help you with that last two. Or is it a matter of doing what you can and with time it can happen. I am not even getting close.

Hi, thanks for the video. It's very helpful. I followed step by step and encountered a problem. In the last stretch, when I turned to the left side twisted. Instead of feeling the IT band stretch to the hip on the right. I felt more stretch on my right back to my right shoulder. Does anyone know what part I was doing wrong?

There is approximately 10 inches between my top knee and bottom ankle in fire log pose... any recommendations on closing that gap?

Hi!!! I love this video!
I have a question. In the last stretch i feel it more on the hip corresponding to the leg which is on top. Am I doing something wrong? or is it ok?
