I did this and I started shaking uncontrollably! I felt like I was going to throw up for hours and had to stay laying down. I couldn't believe how bad I felt but the next day was so much better. I have fibromyalgia and I'm not as stiff and sore. I still feel exhausted and I'm almost afraid to do it again. Anyone else have this type of experience?
