I NEVER have commented on a Youtube video but I must for you... I started a new routine incorporating pilates 2x a week now I have never done pilates before but I thought I would give it a try. I don't know if I searched for black girl pilates but anyways I found you and I'm so happy... I usually don't like a lot of talking during my workouts but you have a soothing nature to your voice that doesn't feel intrusive or annoying lol... I clicked to do this video today because I loved the orange outfit u are wearing... So surprising to me I legit started crying during the breathing in and out at the end of the workout when we were just laying there... and the thought came that we never really know how much we are carrying until we give ourselves opportunities to release... Thank you for sharing your gift and giving me my opportunity... PLEASE DON'T STOP!! ❤️

I did this a month ago and couldn't do a lot of it because I wasn't strong enough and I just did the whole workout today I'm literally crying because I'm so proud of myself thank you for uploading these ❤
