Sometimes postpartum can be overwhelming and you may feel like there is not a lot left for you! Today's class is all about you and feeling good! This full body postpartum workout is designed to kick up your endorphins and have you feeling like yourself again! I include modifications for diastasis recti or post c-section. Thank you for sharing your feelings about the postpartum period. It's so unfortunate how our culture celebrates pregnancy but leaves new moms overwhelmed and drowning without any support. It's such a dirty secret that no one seems to talk about much. We all just do what we can to struggle through it. So important to bring this to light! I’m 8 weeks postpartum today and this is my first real workout. I cried throughout the whole workout b/c this is the first time since having my baby that I’ve really taken a moment for myself and it felt foreign but good. Your affirmations at the end made me sob and I needed to hear everything you said! Thank you so much! Please keep making these workouts. They mean a lot! 💛😭

Jessica, you have really perfected your video craft! It's been a while since I have done a video since I'm now 14 months post partum. But it was just what I needed today, and now I think it's probably more just what I need most days. This video really has it all, in terms of the blocking, the timer, the affirmations, the actual pause for a water break, the what's up next, the variation in movement- you hit all the spots!
Just letting you know I think you are doing a great job!
Also my daughter and I LOVE your dance videos with your daughter!

Jess ....you held me down during my pregnancy! This is the first video of yours I've done since I had my baby in April. The affirmations were so timely and so was this workout. Thank you for this video! I am 6.5 weeks postpartum and this is the first workout I've done since my delivery. I had an emergency C section with terrible complications and was in the hospital for two weeks post delivery. I didn't recognise my body and was scared I would never feel like myself again. I'm still healing but I'm so proud of myself for being able to do this video. Thank you so much for this and especially for the affirmations at the end, they made me tear up in a good way. Love your content!

This video is great! Thank you. I am so happy I found it today. I am 6 months postpartum and I feel so ugly! I still have diastasis and my c section scar is still there. I feel in a horrible shape. This helped out greatly, I feel better after doing it! Thank you
