I've been doing all kind of fitnessblender workout and eatless junk and sweet.Since May 2013 and i lost about 38 lbs. It's really hard at first but if you keep up with it you will see the result in 1-2 weeks. It's depending on how hard you try too.

Wow, it's freezing cold outside and here I am dripping with sweat! High knees and burpees were a real killer, but I found the lack of an onscreen timer helpful because it meant I was constantly pushing myself! I feel so satisfied now.

yes! these are such good workouts, I love the countdowns, how its silent so you can choose your own music and hear the workouts, there are low intensity rests and a preview of what to do so you can do it continuously. You guys are fantastic, keep it up!

Excellent point Fa Ad - You hit the nail on the head. Goals are not a bad thing at all but it's really important to keep in mind the bigger picture and that healthy choices are not a quick fix or a temporary thing, but a life long, every day decision.

That was tough. Not that I was ever really in shape but I was in better shape than I am since starting my new job back in June after graduating. These videos are perfect since I can get home after a long work day and not have to worry about going back out to the gym. Happy I found these

I love your workouts ! I go to the gym 5-6x a week but mostly weight training and when I do cardio I always use your videos.
