Join me for a 15 minute Low Impact FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT on the beach! This workout routine will help you torch calories with high intensity but low impact. Your neighbours will thank you for this quiet cardio workout because there is NO JUMPING in this routine. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This was a great HITT. Thanks. I have a torn meniscus and am about to have surgery and this was easy on my knee with slight modification and I think I'll be able to mix this in with my PT soon after. Thanks!
