Today's No Jumping HIIT Cardio and Abs Workout is a serious fat burning session! Combining cardio and core exercises to get that heart rate up and target that six pack. No equipment needed today so you can easily do this quick workout from home. Because there is no jumping in this low impact workout it makes for an apartment friendly sweat sesh which your downstairs neighbors will be grateful for ;) Remember low impact doesn't always mean low intensity so give it all you got!

Workout Breakdown: 8 HIIT cardio + Ab exercises 40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds
Equipment Needed: exercise mat or other soft surface.

YES THIS ROUTINE WORKS!! I found this video while living in NYC during COVID. I did this routine 3-4 times a week, paid more attention to portion control, and I lost 20 lbs in 2 months!! I’ve managed to keep the weight off and whenever I feel like I need to trim down or tone up I keep coming back to this video! Oh and I didn’t get a single noise complaint from the downstairs neighbors

had me energized from the very first song! 11 weeks pregnant and your low impact workouts are getting me through!! I make some adjustments for the core portions but otherwise they are perfect for early pregnancy.
