More of these no jumping workouts please. I want to be fit but i can't do all of that plyometric stuff. I want to sweat and raise my heart rate without losing my knee caps.

Thank you for including no jumping, I normally just have to skip over jumping parts or replace it with something non jumping and it always makes me feel like a cheater tbh, or like I didn’t do it all, even if I replaced it with something different.

WOW. Nearly cried when I finished this. I did this a month ago and had so much trouble with the plank walks and the leg lifts and the pull throughs. Today I added 10 pound dumbells for the lunge-squats and leg lifts and 5 pounds for the side to side steps. I am pouring sweat and feel AMAZING. Thank you.

Really good workout, I am 5ft2 and weigh about 124 lbs and this workout burned 115 calories, would recommend 💖💖

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! I’ve been trying a lot of at home workouts because of quarantine and this is my favorite! Not super long so I won’t get bored but definitely makes me sweat good and burns a lot of calories!

hi guys! i plan on doing this workout in the morning and at night daily! going to try my hardest doing this for a month, making this so that i have a reason not to quit doing it lmao.
starting: 3/3/2020 starting at night time
weight: 134
and my height is 5’8 for reference
notes: a difficult workout! didn’t think i could get through it but i did! i have enough energy from it to do an ab workout.
edit: it’s now 4/27/2020 and i did not come back because i completely forgot i left this comment lol!
i’ve been doing maddies cardio workouts, along with chloe tings abs, and also running as much as possible and eating healthy...and coming back to this made me realize how much progress i’ve made!!:)
current weight: 125!!! i just have a little fat i’d like to lose now but mostly tone up, i’ll try to remember to update again

I love these no jumping video's cause it is very annoying to my parents that are downstairs when I jump and they can hear it also after I did this workout I felt motivated to be healthier andi felt accomplished 👍💕❤💗😘
