Your Workouts are Amazing.. I did one of Your 20 minute standing dumbbell workout and was surprised at the sweat and burn I got. I Love that You're also Conscious about being "wrist-Friendly". Any chance You can Create a Fun 30 minute standing/wrist friendly full body dumbbell workout ?
