Wow! Ok, so I came in this underestimating it. "This will be easy" I say. 10 minutes later I'm drenching with sweat and giving myself a pep talk. So happy I discovered your workouts. I had become bored with my other ones. So thanks for hyping me up about working out.

Wow! What a sweat! Thank-you so much! I love doing your 15-16 minute workouts! I feel more energized than doing a long workout for 30-45 minutes and probably wouldn't stick to! I'm even doing 2 of your workouts sometimes throughout the day! Keep 'em comin'!!!

Been doing this exercise for almost a year and it helps me in losing weight, manage my BP and feel energized! It’s easy to stick to this 15minute routine since having toddlers at home is very distracting. Thanks God I found this channel.

This great before going to work in the morning sometimes you don’t want to jump first thing in the morning. In the afternoon after work to relieve that stress Jumping is so essential

This was exactly what I needed!, I broke my knee cap 6 months ago and have been pretty laid up with the healing process, I was worried I wouldn't make it through due to knee pain, but I made it! feels good to get back into working out. Slowly but surely! will definitely be doing it again and checking out the other videos!
