Done... felt great in the end really worked out in a good way... now only thing left to really focus on is my nutrition plan.. thanks guys followed up till day 20 next flexibility looking forward wooh!!

So true about getting into the zone. I dedicate about ten minutes before heading out to the gym to blast some good rock music and do the stretch. On the car same deal, or would go complete silence synched into the workout. It does make difference, the phone can be your best friend and worst enemy at the same time.

done yeah I can feel it some exercises are like difficult to do I have trouble finding the right form but I will keep doing it! I am dead btw...

Why would you spend all that time time static stretching if you're going to go into circuits? Dynamic before, static after?
