I salute you. I am 62 years old.When my Dr told me I have chronic high blood pressure I felt so discouraged. Thanks God I decided to surf the net to find natural remedies. Im a new follower here.I started this exercise when i was diagnosed of hypertension from 166/110 to 134/90 without medication.Im so thankful i found this channel.I started from 10 minute work out then 15mins

Thank you for your programs. On August 11th, my bp was 142/102. I was introduced to your videos on August 12th and started doing them at least once everyday. I mixed in walking the dog for 30 minutes a day and reduced my sugar and salt intake also. As of today, September 3rd, my bp was 122/87. Thanks for showing me that movement is medicine.

I can't believe how effective your hbp exercises are. I'm doing it twice a day and my bp has gone way down. Last check was 117/68!! Amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I do one of your workouts a day . I've been doing your videos for 6 months now . I lost 10lbs, lowered my blood sugar (from pre diabetic), lowered my blood pressure, not sure it's you but my cholesterol went down by 25% too. (I'm 65) I'm glad I found you .thanks

BP 134/87 today. I will do this workout for 2 weeks and check again. I poured my alcohol down the sink and soaked my vapes and threw them out.

I'm 43 with High Blood Pressure. I started with your 10 minute workout hor high BP a week ago and now I do this one 3 times a day! I see the definition in my lats and shoulders and starting to see my stomach tighten up! I know this won't happen overnight but I'm grateful for your videos! I'm 272...my aim is to be 225.

I’m 26 and have high blood pressure. I got on 2 medications and then I stopped. I tried walking that didn’t help. And I really didn’t ever plan on working out. But thanks to your low impact workouts I’ll definitely be doin more workouts soon once I build up some strength in all my body parts.

Just wanted to drop a comment and say thanks for existing! I'm 30 and had a blood pressure scare 2 weeks ago, hitting 150/100 and was advised to do a lifestyle change and start exercising. I found your videos by chance and can say that they've really helped me out! Thank you for the encouraging words that make me smile while doing the workout. Now, two weeks later, your videos along with better food intake has made my bp normalize back at 110/70! We all appreciate you, coach! :)
