Please do some research on how that trainer is affecting your organs. Having such a tiny waist isn’t normal and shouldn’t be glorified. It’s definitely nice to have a slim waist but this is extreme.

While this is cute, I don’t think thats a good choice. ACV helps with insulin resistance, ie blood sugar spikes that are at the root of weight gain / inability to loose weight. While diet and exercise are paramount, ACV can help with blood sugar spikes, especially in people with a family history of diabetes
