How to Get a Flat Stomach in 5 Easy Steps! Getting a flat tummy doesn't have to be painful or daunting! These tips are so easy and fun that you can do them too!

4) Do 10 minutes of easy ab workouts like the ones in my video. My favorites are squats, planks, bicycle crunches, and jump roping!

5) Don't eat after 7-8 PM or stop eating 3 hours before bed. Eating FullyRaw is also the daylight diet. Eat when the sun is up and rest when the sun is down. :)

So funny how many people react to both her healthy diet and her positivity with suspicion, cynicism or even outrage and disgust. She is young, beautiful and happy - three things most of our toxic, self-loathing and envious culture cannot tolerate. It must feel beyond pathetic to spend your time looking up videos on youtube for the sole purpose of nitpicking and having somewhere to vent your vitriol … No I'd never eat precisely this diet myself, but it obviously works for her and I think everyone can learn at least something from it. Love that Kristina is kind, comforting, and informative. She isn't tyrannical, condescending, or hell bent that her way is right and everyone else is wrong (and suffering) like a certain banana chick we all know.

I'm still contemplating possibly becoming a vegan, at the moment I've been free of all red meat for about four years, I was a vegetarian for about two of those years, but introduced chicken back into my diet. I've always had issues with my weight, and in all honesty, I think that becoming a vegan is probably the best way for me to become a healthier person. You've definitely motivated me to give Veganism a try :)

I'm not a vegan, nor do I eat raw, but you are beautiful & you've inspired me to eat healthier & eliminate a lot of the unhealthy foods in my diet. I admire what you do :)

Good video! Thanks for the information. 
 
I would like to add, for the people who really have trouble with exercising their abdomen: 

1) When I started eating just fruit in the morning, a lo of the inflammation that caused my abdomen to be too hard, and feel too icky inside, to even be able to properly do an ab exercise (especially wthout pain) went away really quickly. 

2) When I can eat only raw or lightly cooked non-starchy vegetables, or, can keep the starches and meats separate from each other, a lot more of that inflammation goes away. When both this and the only eating fruit in the morning are combined, especially, i feel more energetic, so more able to exercise; plus, digestion is so much easier that there is more chance my abs can properly contract. 

3. I am not a floor person, though I want to learn how to be. Which means, because of weight, bad knees, lack of energy to get housework done, I was not in any shape - mental or physical - to get on the floor and do crunches, planks, pushups or any of that. Nor  was I going to be jumping or, mostly, moving fast at all. Not because I didn't want to. I just couldn't do it. 

I was walking a lot, after a while, but, not making any real, sustained, progress on health. I wouldn't call it a total waste, but, mostly, it just hurt, and, I'd lose whatever progress I made fairly quickly. 

So, on one of those "just because" days, I started doing squats, playing with a Kiera LaShaye video and my nephew, to keep us both entertained  Later on, I started doing squats more often  So, I would do them only every now and again, and, it was awful, the first day 

After that, I got way stronger, all over my body, and, I had lost a few lbs of fat while gaining a few lbs of muscle, just playing around 

Two days ago, it was kind of hard to just do 5-10 squats in a row. By the next day, I was doing sets of 10, and, I did a set of 20, and, got a little sore After a day of rest, I did 100 squats this morning, some in plie form, some with legs closer together, to work different muscles in different ways. Some were in sets of 10, some 20, and one set of 30   My muscles are mildly tired - as if they have been well exercised, but, if they had to, they could make it to the store down the road. 

Sorry this is so long. I jsut want to encourage the people who might be watching this video and thinkign that it might be fine for this tiny lady who made it, but, it wouldn't work for them, because, they weigh more, have Fibromyalgia, are tired all the time or whatever. 

If you are capable of doing one partial squat, to start with, you can make a lot of progress, fairly quickly, by doing what you can and then adding to it as you can do more. 

I have a bad knee, scoliosis, which means one side of my hips is out of place, my intestines used to be constantly inflamed, I have Fibromyalgia, a thyroid imbalance, endometriosis and my gut bacteria was completely out of whack  I was constantly too hot, too cold, exhausted, bloated, swollen, gassy and all sorts of horrible things were going on. 

I still have  long way to go, but, eating more fruits and vegetables, especially at the proper time of day, plus doing squats has made a vast improvement on my health, and, my whole life  I just wish I had known it was that easy,  all these years I've been doing research on proper nutrition, supplements, haow to cure all these ailments, etc.

Thanks for sharing so much Kristina! I've been flooding my system with gorgeous rawness and i don't crave wheat products or anything else and i've been losing fat really fast. SO good

Thank you for this video! I am genuinely inspired by these tips and I intend to shift my eating habits in this direction, but you forgot to mention steps 6 (be in your twenties) and 7 (don't have children). My tummy started going flabby after I stopped following these steps. 

My husband and I both have food allergies and intolerances and have already cleared up skin (him) and dramatically reduced migraines (me) by eliminating dairy. I am looking forward to getting healthier with some of these tips. Thanks!

I love that you are so nice about trying fully raw without trying to force it on people. I love trying a raw recipe for my family at least once a week. I'm trying to slowly and more days to that.
