round 1 100% done, round 2 90% done, round 3 ohhh boy 80% hardly done. after 4 years out of gym i think i did pretty good. thx jordan hope i get some resaults (weight loss) after a month(5-6 times a week).

Yeah. I'm tired. This definitely is a good workout without those breaks. Those running planks take a lot out of me, but it really helps. Gonna try doing these daily until my body gets used to the difficulty. Thanks for the burn 💪💪💪

Like a couple other people, I became too physically weak to continue after 30 minutes (I plan on finishing the rest in the evening, however), but it makes me feel very good afterwards. I was struggling to get that feeling out of other workouts, but this one is doing well for me. I'm grateful for this video. 🖤
