In this video, I will be showing you a follow a long workout you can complete along side me within the confinements of your own home. You won't crank the car up to drive to a park or the gym. This perfect workout routine will hit your total body and make you sweat more than ever! And isn't that the goal?!

Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, you don't necessarily have to ever step foot in a gym to do so. But to be effective in meeting and exceeding your goals, you can utilize this perfect home workout as well as a few other follow along workouts on the bullyjuice channel to get you where you want to be! Want gains?! This Bullyjuice workout can take you there!

In this at home workout, I will not only be showing you the exercises, but I will also be working out with you along your side as your virtual personal trainer with the timer continuing to count down! My goal is to push you to finish! Please don't give up on me!

This workout for home is going to allow you to hit your entire body in 60 minutes! You don't need a super long workout and potential for doing too much in the gym or at home without any particular guidelines. This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that almost anyone can do, any and everywhere.

COMPLETE this 60 min workout 1-2 times for (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 60-120 MINUTES) WOW!

THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Jumping jacks to start the workout and warm the body up, steam engines to get the core warmed up as well, squats, burpees, supermans, superman reach back, which is a great back exercise, squat engines, wind mills, 1 arm burpees, planks, rest breaks, imaginary jump ropes, calf raises, arm circles to get those shoulders burning, ankle taps, glute bridges, push ups, toe touches, mountain climbers, side planks, raise the roofs, flutter kicks, and much much much more!!

I thought this would be impossible but this is surprisingly doable.

I don’t even have any previous workout experience, only started working out a week or two ago, this channel has really helped.

Y’all know I’m back ! Day 45/60 ! Never done a 1hr vid but before starting this workout program, I haven’t done much of any videos. I have a past of sports and military but that was 2015. So to be able to accept this challenge and continue to show up day after day is truly a blessing for me ! BullyJuice you da man ! This one was great! Warm up and cool down included. The girl taking care of the kids made this one so real. It felt like I was looking a mirror, not like I copying Rambo but just a dad working out. If your kids like exercise you should definitely make one of those 'train like a superhero' vids, my kid love them and it it a great way to play with him.

My 5th month in a row doing this challenge! 🎉 proud of my self. Track what you eat! If Stay consistent You will get lean and see those abs! Trust me! I went from 210lb to 145 lean muscle! Bully juice challenges are the only exercise i do and also will run some miles here and there. Good luck to everyone! Keep up the great work and done stop chasing your goals!

Day 7 done. I was nervous at first because it was an hour long, but surprisingly it was one of the easier workouts. So don't give up! You got this. Also thanks Bully for the videos. I appreciate you doing this, helps me a lot

Before exactly one year I did this workout for first time 2. June 2023. Here started my fitness journey. I did this workouts for 3-4 Months than October I get Weights and started training at home with weights and in the last 4-5 months I started really to build muscle I gained already 13-14kg since I started my bulk. I was a fat guy and now I'm here 6 days a week training I never could imagine that so guys if you aren't sure if you will see results just start and look you will make progress but you have to wait a little bit I needed about 3- Months to see First changes so never give up guys train hard, rest hard and eat good and you will see results
