For this 1 hour full body workout at home let’s work our entire body with our bodyweight as the resistance!

This no equipment, full body, follow along workout at home is a great addition to incorporate into your training to really focus on sometimes the most simple yet overlooked but most important aspects to help improve overall strength, co-ordination, basics, core stability and muscular endurance.

I personally really look forward to this each week and is an important part of my overall training. I do lifting weights but I truly believe mastering bodyweight movements significantly help improve your mechanics to lift better and heavier over time.

You will simply need a mat or elbow friendly surface and a bottle of water!

This full body workout consists of 60 movements each performed for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds to get ready for the next exercise. This is a real time workout so you will be joining me as I do!

This is YOUR workout. Change the exercises to your capabilities and energy on the day! Take a break as and when you need to. As always, you can perform leg lowers by bending at knee or not lowering so far and push ups on knees of course.

Please ensure to spend at least 5 minutes warming up prior to beginning this workout.

Since relegating my workouts to the basement due to covid, these workouts have become an integral part of my fitness routine. Each morning, when I'm struggling to drag my butt out of bed, I just remind myself that there's a "Caroline workout" waiting, and it does the trick. Six months in, and I believe I'm in significantly better shape than I would have been otherwise. Thank you for a great variety of workouts that are both effective and inspirational.

This is my first time coming across your video. & I can say it is giving me a lot of hope and motivation little by little. I am 20 and I have always suffered with my fitness journey my whole life. I have always had weight gain a loss off and on. My body fluctuates a lot. But I just want to stick with it this time. I pray I can. It is so hard and especially have depression. It wears you down, especially being an emotional eater as well. I did get about 40 minutes in all of this work out done. But I didn't want to overdo it my first time. I do 100% want to hit my goal with this video by my 21st birthday. & That I have the mindset to do so and have the strength to keep going. It is tough, but I am going to do it no matter how hard it gets. Thank you for this video. You're a life saver for this!

I discovered your channel about 3-4 months ago and decided to give you a try. I’m quickly coming up on my 65th birthday and I am noticing a positive difference in that short time. I had not been motivated to work out regularly and it was definitely showing. The older one gets, the faster one loses tone. So it hasn’t been easy but your workouts keep me motivated.
