Just watched the Ed Coan table talk that just came out and Ed was saying "who cares what you lift if you're not nice, once you step off that platform who are you? You're nobody, you're the same as me or anybody, so be nice"
He also said "if you let that drama stuff get to you you're just proving you're the smaller person"

Pulling with the “wide stance conventional” is the only comfortable way I can. Is there increased injury risk or something or is it just a “whatever feels best for you is what’s optimal” thing?

Hey Matt (or anyone else that know and can educate me), I have a question. For context I have a pretty small deadlift, but I tried sumo, and can feel it more in my flutes and quads. I have also been trying to grow my legs a bit more. Does sumo therefore generate more leg growth than conventional bc of the more amounts of quad and glute activation? Just wondering

are ukranian deadlifts useful for a sumo puller? most of what i see is more of a frog stance but you could just set the feet wider

It looks like a hybrid/frog stance deadlift not a sumo deadlift.
