As an armwrestler / gripsports enthusiast I can without a doubt say this is true, when general grip strength decreases it means you build up CNS fatigue :)

Fatigue has to be the issue, he was 4 fingers each hand only by his knees in sumo.

Not referencing this guy, but people in general tend to forget to actively train forearms. Can't put straps on a car bro... lol

That's not how much you can ACTUALLY "pick up" in real life, only how much you can lift under perfect conditions with assistance.

Don't get cocky my brothers. Train those forearms 😉😁😁
