heres the secret, if you're healthy and normal there isn't a form or movement you can't do.

a lack of mobility is a rare weakness not an inate quality.

you can do every deadlift form and any of them you train regularly will get steonger over time.

so what is the best form? the most stable and comfortable. this has the highest peak potential for the individual.

this is kind of a new way to think about form selection and how I'm justifying a recent change in how I do my squats.

I can also sort of do these, but that hurts my groin so bad for weeks. I prefer narrower sumo perpendicular to the floor, it transfers my force better imo
