Brilliant. Everyone always tells me to do dead lifts but they never really felt like they did anything for me other than risk tearing my lower back. Great explanation, will try with good form next time

4th tip is actually a bit helpfull for ppl that overextend their back during deads just like me, you wanna have the bar at your midfoot and keep looking down instead of up.

I don't know. The arching Cat Back seems like the way to go. It's the popular lift :)
