I loved this. I did this practice yesterday and today i woke up with no back pain and as if i had received a back massage!! Haha it has been a long time since I did not wake up stiff

The twisting portion of the lower back movements @10:26. Feel really good. Sometimes when my lower back is really tight &or just hurts. When I do twisting movements like those. I hear a little pop that releases the pressure. To me its the same satisfying feeling you get after cracking your knuckles.

I have anterior pelvic tilt. I face problem in sitting and walking. The forward bending poses for such long time makes me feel dizzy. If I just bend for lesser time will it cure my problem.?

Love your work for years Kino but that's not a good workout for a bad lower back. Much too much flexion, dangerous...
