(By the way, I'm a 23 years old french canadian man, who used to do alot of sports)
I've had a sciatica for almost 3 years now, many doctors didn't really cared or knew what I had. My sciatica was so bad that I couldn't feel anymore 3 of my toes, my whole leg was numb, I could barely walk, I experienced ALOT of pain in my whole left side... I was filled with knots in my leg, lower and upper back area. When I it was bad day, I could feel my sciatica threw my eye when I was blinking.

Chiropractor, physiotherapist, doctors didn't knew what I had. One day an Orthotherapist told me I had a sciatica and guided me threw his exercise but honestly told me that I couldn't just work one specific region. I had to reset all of my left side body by postering better, doing daily streches and doing yoga. He said to me: Yoga is the key for sciatica.

Massaging your knots, drinking alot of water, sleeping well, walk often for short periods of time, do yoga, specific streches, be gentle with your body and smile because life is good even if every steps that you make hurt you.

Your video is the best one i've tried so far.

I practice with you for a year now. And I enjoy it very much. But I have a suggestion, that would help those who are not familiar with all the poses. Please, start with the pose on the side where the camera is filming. It will make things so much easier!

Have been doing this practice every time I feel tight in my lower back area or any tingling in my left leg, started it back in OCT 2022 when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and sciatica has been persistent since my slip disc in FEB 2020. lost all hope that I could feel my legs again as I did before but started with yoga when all other options seemed of no use. haven't looked back ever since and grew in all areas of life !

I woke up with severe lower sciatica pain on my left side yesterday. I haven’t had this in years and I don’t know what prompted it! Anyway, I searched for a sciatica yoga video with Sara Beth (she is my go-to yoga instructor on YouTube) and I found this video., I did this yoga flow 3 times yesterday and this morning and my sciatica pain is completely gone. Sara Beth’s sciatica yoga video has literally been a miracle cure. Wow!!!! Thank you sincerely Sara Beth, I appreciate all your videos so much. I will continue to do this flow for the time being to keep the sciatica pain at bay.

This was LOVELY. I don't have sciatica but I do have periodic low back pain. I loved the leg-off-the-side-of-the-mat stretches. Thank you!
