OK... I did not see today coming. I did so much more of this with more ease than I had expected. It demanded a lot from my hips; but I got clear proof that my hips are stronger than they have been in a very long time. I did yesterday's Month of Yoga deep hip opening after this and while tired, my hips don't hurt. This was a very good workout for me. Thank you Sarah Beth!

Totally new to yoga! I have had a difficult time finding a video that is not too challenging for a beginner but also not just "breath and think about life" for 30 minutes. This video is great- challenging but well explained and accessible. Thank you!

Really like both your 20 & 30 minute wrist-free sequences! I do these whenever I strain my wrists. Your tips fore sore wrists has also been helpful.

This morning I woke up with a sinus headache and could not take the pressure from the forward folds. After soothing my sinuses and finishing my Saturday errands, I made it back to the mat and felt very strong during this practice. Thanks for another great video.

This a great practice! I really like the modifications to start, but feel as though I could build on it and improve each time. A good one to grow with.
